Tomas is a Passivhaus Designer and Certifier, accredited with the Passivhaus Institute in Germany and a Director of SE3D, a design lead, RiBA chartered Architects practice based in Devon. The practice specialises in low energy design with a particular focus on human health and wellbeing.

Since 2008 Tomas has been exclusively involved in the delivery of Passivhaus projects including new-build and retrofit, large scale residential, offices, schools, higher education, care, buildings for worship, swimming pool and leisure projects. He has been a regular speaker at conferences in the UK, Germany and Canada.
