Radhaa joined WARM in 2021 following the successful completion of her Business and Administration apprenticeship. With a background in education, finance, and customer service, she is the primary point of contact for our Coaction clients, offering invaluable guidance on their training pathways and facilitating their learning journey with us.

Driven by a personal connection to the climate emergency, stemming from her upbringing in a Small Island Developing State (SIDS), she is deeply committed to addressing environmental challenges. Her dedication extends to her ongoing pursuit of knowledge in the Built environment.

Radhaa organises the CERTIFIED TRADESPERSON COURSE and leads on overall training administration and invoice management. She works from Monday to Friday.
