Mike is a Chartered Building Services Engineer, Passivhaus Certifier and Director at WARM. Having previously worked as a building services engineer and resident engineer on large scale health and education buildings, he decided that Passivhaus was the way to achieve more sustainable buildings

After becoming a Passivhaus certifier he undertook a deep retrofit of his house and became an air leakage tester, to better understand the reality of the construction process. Mike is keen to contribute to making Passivhaus and sustainable buildings the norm.
