Liam is a Passivhaus Certifier and, since joining WARM in 2013, has worked on the certification of a large proportion of the UK’s Passivhaus buildings.

He particularly enjoys working on pre-20th century residential retrofit projects and low embodied energy new-builds. He is inspired by people being inspired by Passivhaus - architects and designers, students on our courses, clients and others; the sense of shared enthusiasm. His dream superpower would be the ability to turn base metal into houmous.
